What do you hope to achieve cycling this year/ what are you looking forward to the most about racing in the USA:  Briefly experiencing racing internationally last year in France for Tour L'Ardeche just increased my enthusiasm to further challenge myself in races with bigger peletons and higher levels of competition compared to what we are exposed to in Australia.  Having never been to the U.S, and loving travelling, I am also really looking forward to seeing a bit of the country.

What do you hope to achieve cycling this year/ what are you looking forward to the most about racing in the USA: Racing in the Roxsolt Attaquer team, experience the atmosphere of the road cycling (tours and GP’s) and spending a few weeks in the states.

What do you hope to achieve cycling this year/ what are you looking forward to the most about racing in the USA: I would love to grow a proper set of calves and quads and get rid of my little running legs. I am looking forward to being around inspirational women athletes and stepping out of my comfort zone and trying something I never have done before. To join the Roxsolt Attaquer team and enjoy the whole experience of travelling with a professional cycling team as I have come from such an individual sport racing triathlon.

Josephine Meldgaard

Josephine has progressively moved from club level rider to NRS, the past two seasons racing for established teams Boss Racing and Sydney Uni Velo. She brings great enthusiasm and passion for cycling and development of race craft to the team. Josephine is a consistent rider finishing in the top half of NRS races irrespective of the course profile. 

Rarely has a day passed, or holiday ventured without Josephine's trusty sidekick and companion Ruby 5 – a beautifully engineered Cervelo R5 that has travelled the world and raced throughout Australia. For 2017 Ruby 5 has been replaced with a newer version. 
Josephine, can be found living the corporate life as a designer in one of Australia’s top tier architecture firms during the day. Balancing a full time career and full time #prolyf training schedule to realise her cycling dream – overseas racing experience in Europe or the USA.
