Elizabeth Doueal

Elizabeth was previously a national level middle distance runner; medalling at both state and national levels. She transitioned into cycling whilst recovering from multiple surgeries due to foot injuries, and competed in her first NRS race in 2013. Elizabeth has had an NRS podium at Tour of Adelaide in 2015, and also multiple top ten stage finishes since commencing in the NRS. After a year riddled being caught in crashes and being hit by a car, she looks forward to the opportunities that are available racing with Roxsolt in 2016 and gaining further experience racing in a professionally run team.

Elizabeth currently works full time at The Austin Hospital as a registered nurse in the orthopaedic and plastics unit, whilst pursuing future cycling ambitions of racing for a professional women's cycling team in Europe or the USA.
