It was an off the cuff conversation with Chloe Hosking and the concept of #RoxsoltLadies was born. Now 3 years later & the boss still doesn't know what he has gotten himself in for. With 16 years of hi-tech start ups, mostly working for US based companies in tech sales, tech marketing or service delivery Kelvin took the opportunity so seriously he quit his day job with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and founded his own consulting business, Roxsolt so he could better balance working and developing women's cycling.
Kelvin has spent time watching many a bike race and hanging out with the Pro teams in Europe. He has even dabbled as a DS and swanny for UCI Women's team, Hitec Products. Kelvin is always keen to learn and has volunteered his time to help others race through driving neutral spares or comms for National Road Series races.
